Verizon Connect Integrated Video - Hosting a driver coaching session

The video-based Driver coaching feature allows users with administrator access to coach multiple video events displaying the same driving behavior at once, versus conducting individual coaching sessions for each triggered video. This video demonstrates how to:

• access the video Coaching tab,
• identify drivers who need to be coached,
• engage drivers in planned coaching conversations on an individual basis,
• address one or more driving events and behaviors associated with a driver, and
• use coaching sessions to document actions and outcomes.
