Verizon Connect Customer Portal - Billing & Payment
This interactive course walks you through how to access billing and payment information, view/print/download invoices, make payments, and manage payment methods in the Verizon Connect Customer Portal.
The Verizon Connect Customer Portal is a self-service portal that puts you in control of managing billing invoices and payments. You must have administrator rights or have been assigned permissions in Reveal to access the Customer Portal.
This course focuses on the Billing & Payment section of the portal and demonstrates how to:
- access the Customer Portal,
- manage payment methods,
- make payments,
- setup recurring payments,
- view billing and payment history, and
- download invoices.
